Japanese paper (washi)

Japanese paper (washi)
As raw materials, a clove-like bush (gampi), a paper bush (mitsumata), and a paper mulberry (kōzo) are usually used for making Japanese paper.
Among these, Gampishi is mainly used here in this studio.
Gampishi is a thin, fine Japanese paper, which is made from fibers taken from the bark of clove-like bush.
